I've spent over a decade inside e-commerce — from writing product copy for eBay and Overstock to designing Shopify stores for agency clients. Those years taught me that good thinking, applied consistently through a well-built Shopify store and smart Klaviyo setup, can do a lot of heavy lifting for a growing brand.
