How we do it
Step 01
Discovery
First, we'll meet over a call to discuss your project and your goals. If I think we'd be a good fit, we'll start working together and do a deep dive into your brand and goals.

Strategize
We'll create a plan of action and settle on a scope for the website build. This includes choosing a platform, advising on content, marketing integrations, and setting a timeline for development.

Design & Develop
Based on our plan, we'll design your site live in Figma or go straight to your website platform and build out your site. We'll show you a draft homepage and keep you in the loop as we create a website that that sets your store apart.

When it's time to launch, we'll set your site live and hold your hand through training, so you know how to manage it on your own. We also offer post-launch support plans and continuing retainers to help you keep up the momentum.

What's the difference between a Refresh and a Signature build?
A Refresh is two focused days improving an existing store — structure, styling, and key conversion fixes. A Signature build is a full store built from the ground up. If you don't have a store yet, or yours needs a teardown rather than a tune-up, you want Signature.
How long does a project take?
A Refresh is two days. A Signature site is about 4–6 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly your content comes together. We map the timeline clearly before we start.
Do you work on platforms other than Shopify?
We offer post-launch support, depending on your plan. The platforms we work on are very user-friendly, and we do not offer maintenance beyond the initial support period.
Do you handle copywriting and photography?
You will need copy and photographs before we start work together. I can provide copy guidance as part of our prep phase, or include copywriting as a custom quote. You’ll need professional product photos before we start — these are going to define the look that makes people trust you.
Will I be working with you or a team?
You work directly with me from start to finish. For larger builds I bring in trusted developers, but I manage the project and you always have a direct line to me.

For the Signature and Custom builds, yes — you'll purchase the theme directly so you own the license and can manage updates independently. We'll help you choose the right one. The Glowup works within your existing theme.
Do you write the copy for my website?
Copy is provided by you before the project kicks off. If you need copywriting support, it's available as an add-on — just mention it when you inquire.
What if I need photography or product images?
You'll need to provide final images before we begin. If you need photography sourcing or product image editing, that's available as a separate service — ask about it in your inquiry.
What happens if my project is more complex than expected?
For complex builds we may recommend a Strategy Intensive ($1,000) before finalizing scope. This is a deep-dive session to properly map your requirements — and the fee is credited toward your project if you proceed.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — every project includes a post-launch support period (14 or 30 days depending on tier) plus a 90-day check-in. For ongoing store management or updates, ongoing partnerships are available from $1,500/month.
